Natur-Backstube Profanter is the first all-organic bakery in South Tyrol. All baked goods are made with 100% organic ingredients. Rye and spelt are sourced from local growers, and the wholemeal flour is freshly ground in the bakery's own mill every day. The natural stone ovens give Profanter products a unique flavour!

Simple but still mouth--watering: the apple and walnut buns.
